EMIS Access - Important information for using Online Repeat Prescriptions & Booking Appointments

If you have a pre-existing EMIS Access account you will still be able to login to SystmOnline. If you have recently logged into EMIS Access you need to use your new username that was created on the EMIS Access website. Your password will remain the same.

If you do not have a recent EMIS Access login your new username will be as per the following example: if your previous ACCESS ID is 1234 you now need to add 001380 to form your new username for SystmOnline of 1234001380. Your password will remain the same.
